CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment you agree to the following acknowledgments & policies: Booking an appointment comes with the inherent risk that an unforeseen circumstance could cause you to need to cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours in advance, & that regardless of the unforeseen circumstance, you are required to adhere to my policies. The enforcement of these policies allows me to be able to be accommodating to my clients, keep my prices low, keep a low percentage fee for last minute cancellations, keep a smaller window cancellation policy, & run my studio in the way that is best for my clients & myself as a solo artist. I look forward to servicing you! DEPOSITS: ALL appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes towards the appointment's cost. RESCHEDULING: If a client requires a reschedule with greater than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit for that appointment will be carried over to a future date/ time. They are permitted to reschedule only twice in a row, regardless of the amount of advance notice. If a third reschedule in a row is required, the appointment will be voided & its deposit will be forfeited. They must then book a new appointment & pay a deposit. CANCELLATIONS: A reschedule/ cancellation occurring less than 24 hours in advance is considered a last-minute cancellation. I excuse first-time last minute reschedules/ cancellations. This means that the deposit for that appointment can be carried over to a future date/ time, not that the deposit will be refunded. If the client does not wish to reschedule the last-minute cancellation for a future date/ time, the deposit will not be refunded. If a last minute reschedule/ cancellation has been excused, the deposit for any subsequent last minute reschedules/ cancellations are non-transferable & non-refundable. NO SHOWS: A no show appointment is when a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment & has given no email nor Instagram message notice. In this instance, the deposit for that appointment is non-transferable & they must pay 50% of the no-show appointment before being able to book again. There are no first-time excused no-show appointments.
